Red Cedar Agronomy is growing, and we’re looking for a General Manager to help lead our next chapter.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture of agriculture and enjoys building teams, improving operations, and creating systems that help people succeed. A background in agronomy isn’t necessary. What matters most is strong leadership, operational thinking, and an understanding of the agricultural community and the people who serve it. We’re looking for an organized, people-focused leader who can turn ideas into consistent processes and help our team continue delivering exceptional service to growers.
What you will do
- Oversee daily operations across the company
- Lead and support a growing team
- Develop efficient processes and SOPs
- Manage operational systems, inventory, and pricing
- Help plan company events and strategic initiatives
- Foster a positive, accountable company culture
What you bring
- 3-5+ years of experience managing teams
- Leadership skills, self-starter, organized, and responsive
- Proven ability to earn trust and close business with growers
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with regular in-territory travel
- CCA is not required.
